Change

In times of change or even turmoil
I am blessed to have access to a library of knowledge
Words of wisdom derived from a wealth of experience

I am in a place on my life, where I am not sure if this chapter, would be one of those horribly short chapters, which plays a significant impact on the overall story line, or if it would be a long and eventful one.

Amongst the many things I am constantly reminded of is
There is a price to pay for every choice made.
Some cause gain, and others loss
I have been reminded that there are multiple views of the same object, a blessing or a curse?
I have been reminded that I have many blessings in my life
I have also been made aware that though every blessing is a privilege, not every privilege is a blessing
I have been reminded that while some voids are filled, others are startlingly empty

So here is to change, and the strange, funny, unpredictable rabbit hole of a journey that it leads us to..

And as I ponder on all of this – I am reminded that the only constant in life is change..

So Happy 2012, and I hope that like me, you are both excited and scared of what time will bring.
