filters, pieces and time

perhaps what they say is true

alcohol loosens the tongue

and removes the filters

and reveals the thoughts of the mind

filters that have been in grained..by the thoughts of society

the social rules and the social norms

that builds walls and facades

so though it is wrong

perhaps once in a lifetime, get tipsy, get drunk

in any way you choose,

the poison of your choice, alcohol, meditation, or even shrooms

speak from your heart

let your tongue run loose

without thinking of the consequences, which will come any which way

simply fly or if not soar for the moment

because a moment is all that we have got
